Please note that queue times for individual attractions can be long, especially during weekends and peak holiday periods. Some visitors choose the Fast Pass option for selected rides to reduce waiting time. Fast Pass does not include park admission and must be used together with a valid Energylandia entrance ticket.

• Most attractions are not suitable for pregnant women. Future mothers are advised to use the Water Park pools and enjoy shows and performances instead.

• Reduced ticket rule: Reduced tickets apply only to visitors up to 140 cm in height. Age does not determine ticket type. Visitors over 140 cm must purchase a regular ticket.
• Multi-day tickets: 2-day and 3-day tickets must be used on consecutive calendar days.
• Height and safety restrictions: Each attraction has strictly defined minimum and maximum height requirements which must be respected.
• Ride queues: During weekends and peak season, waiting times for popular attractions can exceed 60 minutes.
• Fast Pass: Fast Pass is not an admission ticket. It allows one-time priority access to selected attractions and must be used together with a valid entrance ticket.
• Aquapark zone: The Water Park operates seasonally and only in suitable weather conditions.
• Re-entry policy: Leaving the park is considered the end of your visit unless you receive a special re-entry stamp or wristband on the same day.
• Transport options: If you select a transport variant, please provide a valid and reachable phone number when booking. For private transfers, we may need to confirm the pickup location if access is restricted due to traffic regulations. During the visit, the driver must also be able to contact you if needed. For shared transport, the meeting point or departure time may change, and direct contact with participants is required.
• Entry ticket: The voucher you receive after booking is not valid for entry. The official Energylandia admission ticket will be sent separately on the day before your visit and must be presented at the entrance.
• Reduced ticket responsibility: Height is verified at the park entrance. If a reduced ticket has been purchased for a visitor who does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g. exceeds 140 cm), the guest will be required to purchase a new, correct ticket directly at the park. We are not responsible for incorrectly selected ticket types and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
