What is the Tour de Pologne?

The Tour de Pologne is an international cycling race that has taken place in Poland since 1928. This year, fans of the sport are celebrating the 80th anniversary of the event, which attracts both professional and amateur cyclists from all over the world.

Cyclists Coming to Krakow

In August, Krakow will become the capital of cycling. On August 4, the 7th and final stage of the 80th Tour de Pologne will conclude in this beautiful city, hosting the best cyclists in the world. The peloton will cover almost 167 kilometers from Zabrze to Krakow. Along the route, cyclists will compete for the LOTTO Flying Premium in Wilamowice, the PZU III Mountain Premium in Witanowice and Kaszów, and the Special Premium for the 95th anniversary of the Tour de Pologne by SOUDAL in Budzyń.

Race Route and Traffic Disruptions

Cyclists will enter Krakow around 17:50 from the direction of Kryspinów. They will complete three five-kilometer circuits along streets such as Al. Focha, Al. Mickiewicza, ul. Reymonta, ul. Piastowska, and ul. Queen Jadwiga. The finish line will be located on Al. Focha near Błonia Park. All road users, especially drivers and passengers of city transport, must be prepared for significant disruptions.
