What is needed?
At this point, the most necessary things are: painkillers, antipyretics, cough and cold remedies, bandages, power generators, sleeping bags, sleeping mats, camp beds, flashlights, batteries, water disinfectants and first aid kits.
Also needed: thermal blankets, sleeping bags, sleeping mats (with a foil cover), mattresses, clothes, raincoats, care and hygiene products, body cleansers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, women's / men's / children's underwear, sanitary napkins, baby diapers, adult diapers, paper towels, microfiber towels, a set of reusable kitchen utensils: deep dishes, spoons, forks, knives, cups, antiseptics / spirit, reusable masks, power generators, matches, batteries, lighters, candles, medical kits.
Food: water, instant food, energy bars, dried fruit, nuts, canned food, pasta, instant cereals.
