Due to the spread of the omicron variant, the Ministry of Health has issued new restrictions. What does this mean for tourists and residents of Krakow?

From 15/12/2021, occupancy limits will be reduced from 50% to 30% in restaurants, bars, hotels, cinemas, theaters, sports and religious facilities. The limit does not apply to those who are vaccinated.

The limits for public transport are also changing - a maximum of 75% of all available seats in the vehicle will be available.

From that day on, clubs (and other places to dance) will be closed

Distance learning was introduced in primary and secondary schools from December 20 to January 9.

For travelers: Compulsory covid test for people arriving from outside the Schengen area. The result must not be later than 24 hours before arrival.
